How Does The Process Work?
 
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Fill out a form and send it. It's that easy!

In Short
In total from start to finish this should take less than 1 week to finish depending on the speed of your payment, and reply time.

1. Choose your service and fill out its Order Form.
2. Pay deposit or full.
3. We design it.
4. You give feedback.
5. We make adjustments. Repeat.
6. Design finished. Install design.
7. Finished.


In Detail

1. Choose your service, Order.
You must choose between 3 of our main services (ie. between eLetterhead, eSignature, eBusinessCard) and then fill out the appropriate order form.

At this point you must choose how you want us to project the order (ie. Either by reproducing your printed letterhead into a digital format or by mirroring your website's visual identity or both).

Upon receival of your order form we will provide a confirmation email along with a time estimate for the completion of the project and information on how to pay.

2. Pay.
After you have completed your order form we will provide details on your total bill and how to pay. You can either pay a 50% deposit or 100% upfront. You have a choice between Paypal (all major credit cards), Bank Deposit or Cheque. For more information on Payment Methods click here.

3. We Design It
We will design your chosen service usually within a matter of days and email some draft concepts to you.

4. You give feedback.
You will provide feedback by email on the first drafts that we sent you in step 3.

5. We make adjustments. Repeat.
We will make any alterations you wish that you specified in step 4. We repeat steps 4 and 5 until you are completely satisfied.

6. Design Finished. Install Design .
After you confirm the final design, we will give you instructions to install and setup your template. These instructions are very easy to follow and will take less than 10 minutes. If you need help we provide free 24 Hour Email Support and if needed we can provide telephone support.

7. Finished.
Once installed, your new eSignature, eLetterhead or eBusiness card will automatically appear for you to type on whenever you create a new message or reply to one.
(Note: If you don’t want to use the email template in a particular message, it will require one extra click. See FAQ.)

Please note that the program you use to send email must be either Outlook or Outlook Express on a PC or Eudora on Mac. Free services such as Hotmail do not offer support for sending email stationary however they do allow to receive and view emails with stationary.
